# Reset your password

> Request a password reset link and choose a new password.

## Request a reset link

1. Open the [Redii sign-in page](https://app.redii.co/login).
2. Select **Forgot password?**
3. Enter the email address for your Redii account.
4. Select **Reset password**.
5. Check your inbox and spam folder for a reset email.

The confirmation message does not confirm whether an account exists for that email address.

## Choose a new password

1. Open the link in the reset email.
2. Enter your new password in **New password**. Follow the password requirements shown on the page.
3. Enter the same password in **Confirm password**.
4. Select **Reset password**.
5. Sign in with your new password.

## If the link does not work

Request a new link from the sign-in page. If no email arrives, check the email address you entered. Use **Click to resend** when the resend option becomes available.
