# Review retirement contributions

> Find contribution runs and check their status and member amounts.

Use your company's employer view with owner or admin access. Your retirement product must be active for the employer dashboard to be available.

## Open a contribution run

1. Open **Retirement Benefits**.
2. Select **Contributions** in the product navigation, or **View all** under **Recent contributions** on the dashboard.
3. Find the run by **Effective Date**. Use the status filters to narrow the list if needed.
4. Check **Status**, **Total Amount**, **Employer Amount**, **Employee Amount**, and **Members**.
5. Open the run to review the member breakdown and the amounts recorded for each person.

Use the dates and amounts shown for that run. Do not assume that a later plan change has updated an earlier contribution.

## Follow up on a run

The page may show **Processing**, **Completed**, **Failed**, or **Cancelled**. If a run failed or an amount looks wrong, [contact support](/contact-support) with its effective date and the issue you found. Check the existing run before arranging a replacement payment.

If the list is empty, clear the filters. **No contributions yet** means there are no runs to show; it does not confirm that your setup is complete. Check the retirement dashboard for messages such as **Pay period configuration required**.

## Check the plan separately

Open **Retirement Settings**, or **Manage settings** under **Plan configuration**, to review your company's contribution and pay-frequency settings. Follow your company's agreed rules. This guide covers checking recorded contributions, not changing a processed run or predicting investment returns.
