# Enroll in Retirement Benefits

> Review your retirement plan and complete the enrollment steps available to you.

First, [join your team](/members/join-your-team) and sign in. Your employer must make retirement enrollment available to your account.

## Start or continue enrollment

1. Open **Dashboard** in **Member Hub**.
2. Find **Enrollment status**. Select **Enroll now** or **Continue enrollment**, whichever appears.
3. Confirm your **Country of residence** and **Nationality**, then select **Continue**.
4. At **Plan & contribution**, review your employer's contribution rules and vesting details. If your plan allows voluntary contributions, choose **Your voluntary contribution** within the limits shown.
5. Select **Continue**. When the investment step appears, choose an available strategy or a custom allocation. A custom allocation must total 100%. Select **Continue** to review your selections.
6. At **Review & confirm**, check your details and selections. Use **Back** to correct them, then select **Confirm enrollment**.

After confirmation, Redii returns you to your dashboard. You can then [view your retirement account](/members/retirement/view-your-account). Complete any personal-email or beneficiary prompts using [Profile and contact email](/account/manage-profile) and [Manage beneficiaries](/members/manage-beneficiaries).

## If you choose not to contribute

Some plans let you opt out of voluntary contributions. If your selection shows **Opt out**, review the confirmation and select **Confirm opt-out** only if that is what you intend.

Choosing no voluntary contribution does not always mean opting out of the plan. A plan with employer-only funding can still require the investment and enrollment steps. Follow the steps and confirmation shown for your plan.

## If you cannot continue

* If enrollment is missing or your eligibility is unclear, ask your employer to check your access.
* If you see **Enrollment not available**, check that your residence and nationality are correct. [Contact support](/contact-support) if you believe the result is wrong.
* If confirmation fails, read the error and correct the indicated information before trying again.

For later changes, see [Manage your retirement settings](/members/retirement/manage-settings).

If a status is unclear or **Continue enrollment** returns you to the dashboard, see [Retirement enrollment and account problems](/members/retirement/troubleshooting).
