After enrolling, open Retirement Benefits from your member navigation.

Check the dashboard

On the retirement Dashboard, review Total value and Total contributions. These show different things: the value of your account and the amounts contributed. Where shown, Vested contribution amount, Unvested contribution amount, and Next vesting milestone describe the vesting information for your contributions. See Understand the vesting display for how the contribution amounts and valuation dates differ.

Explore your portfolio

Select Portfolio, then choose a tab:
  • Fund Holdings shows the funds held in your portfolio.
  • Performance Analysis shows the available performance information.
  • Target Allocation shows how your investment preference allocates contributions.
Your target allocation and current holdings can differ. Changing your strategy affects future contributions and does not rebalance existing holdings.

Check account activity

Select History to review available contribution, fee, rate-change, and strategy-change records. Use the type and year filters to narrow the list. Review contributions, fees, and changes explains the expandable rows and fee details. If a contribution you expect is missing, ask your employer to check its processing status. For an unexpected account display or an error opening the page, contact support.

Before interpreting an empty value

Check the date and available data on the page. A dash or unavailable performance figure is not a zero balance or a zero return. Holdings, contributions, and historical performance can have different data available. For missing information or an unexpected result, use Retirement troubleshooting.
