You use Redii to run your organization’s benefits, retirement, deferred compensation, and rewards in one place—so your people get clear access and you can finish important admin work efficiently. Which products you see depends on your company’s program; these guides focus on the tasks you need for each one you use. You’ll need your company’s employer view with owner or admin access. If you also participate in a company plan yourself, the member view has different tasks and permissions.

Choose your product

  • Benefits Admin: record an existing benefit, manage its country contracts, and track eligibility and enrollment. Recording a benefit is separate from buying it from a provider.
  • Retirement Benefits: complete company setup, add eligible members, configure the plan, and review contributions and investments.
  • Deferred Compensation: set up a plan, add participants, submit annual information, and track distributions. After activation, look for your configured plan name in navigation.
  • Flex Rewards: activate rewards, choose recipients and rewards, pay, and track fulfillment.
Only products available to your company appear. Having access to one does not mean your company has all four.

Prepare your team

Use Invite a team member for one person or Import team members for a CSV. Manage pending invitations explains resending and revocation. Joining the company, being eligible for a benefit, completing enrollment, and receiving a contribution or award are separate steps. Check each product’s member or participant page rather than treating an accepted invitation as completed benefit enrollment.

If something is missing

Most access and setup questions have a straightforward check. Use the table below, then reach out if you are still stuck—we are here to help. Contact support with the product, task, error text, and relevant record reference. Leave passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, and unnecessary employee information out of your message. Before and after setup, use Company information and documents, Update a team member, Manage team access and departures, and Payroll schedules for the shared employer tasks behind these products.
