Company owners and admins can use this guide when Benefits Admin is available to their company.

Find a benefit

  1. Open Benefits in your company’s employer view.
  2. Search for a benefit or use the filters to narrow the register.
  3. Open the benefit to check its coverage, provider, uptake, and renewal details.
  4. Open People to review the eligibility and enrollment information available for that benefit.
A missing count or unrecorded cost is not confirmation of zero enrollment or zero cost. Check your company’s records before updating the register.

Update a country contract

For a benefit your company manages:
  1. Open the benefit’s country coverage table.
  2. Open the action menu for the country you need to update.
  3. Select Edit contract.
  4. Check the provider, classification, renewal date, and any recorded employer costs. Update only the details that have changed.
  5. Select Save, then check the saved country row.
Use Add country contract when an existing benefit needs another contract. Keep the benefit’s existing record instead of adding a duplicate benefit.

Understand unavailable actions

Redii-managed benefits use their product’s setup and enrollment records. Their core contract and people information is read-only in Benefits Admin; use the corresponding product to manage it. Edit Notes may still be available on an active Redii-managed country row. Enrollment information is unavailable for an offering still in consideration. Archived benefits also have restricted actions. Check the displayed state before expecting an edit control. If a field or action is unavailable and you need a change, contact support. Changing a register entry does not by itself change an agreement with an external provider.

Stop or resume an offering

For a company-managed country contract, the row menu may offer Stop offering, Reactivate offering, or Mark as active. Check the country and current state, read the confirmation or required fields, and verify the saved result. A benefit still in consideration needs its required provider details before it can be active. These actions change the register. Arrange any provider contract changes separately.

Archive or reactivate a benefit

To remove an entire company-managed benefit from the current register, open its action menu and choose Archive benefit. Read the confirmation before selecting Archive benefit again. Country contracts and recorded data are retained. To restore it, open BenefitsArchived, select the benefit, and choose Reactivate benefit. Review the confirmation, select Reactivate, and check the returned record. A duplicate active benefit or missing required provider details can prevent reactivation; follow the error instead of creating a duplicate.
