Use company owner or admin access in employer view. Open Retirement BenefitsRetirement Settings, or Manage settings from the retirement dashboard. Have your company’s approved contribution and vesting rules and actual payroll schedule ready. These settings affect the retirement plan; example values are not recommended terms.

Complete a new configuration

When the editable form is available:
  1. Review Contribution settings, including Match up to (%) and Max employer matching contribution (%).
  2. If Employer-only contributions is offered for your setup, record the agreed choice and percentage of salary.
  3. Complete Vesting using the agreed schedule and the fields shown for it.
  4. Under Pay schedule, select Payroll cadence and complete its required dates or days. Different cadences show different fields.
  5. Review Country coverage when present. Follow the allowed-country choices and any message about support-managed changes.
  6. Check all values, then select Create plan configuration. Wait for Plan configuration saved.

Review saved settings

A saved configuration can appear as a summary without edit controls. Contact Redii support to request plan-rule changes when the screen is read-only. Do not start another setup to replace an existing plan. When requesting a change, explain whether it concerns future contributions or an existing record. Do not assume a change to current settings corrects historical contribution records.

Country coverage

The country section may be hidden for your company’s setup. If it is editable, select the supported countries and use the save control shown. When Country coverage is managed by Redii Support appears, contact support to add, disable, or reactivate a country. If no supported countries are available, follow the page’s message and contact support rather than entering an unsupported country.

After saving

Return to Members or Contributions and check any outstanding setup message. For questions about how a rule should be configured, contact support with the plan detail you need reviewed. If your company uses several pay cadences, see Manage and assign payroll schedules.
