Company owners and admins can review and export the register when Benefits Admin is available.

Review the register

Open Benefits. Search by name or filter by Category, Benefit, and Country. Use the Quick view options to focus your review:
  • All: the current register.
  • Needs attention: benefits flagged for follow-up.
  • Uptake under 50%: benefits below the displayed uptake threshold.
  • Missing data: records with missing information.
  • In consideration: planned offerings.
  • Archived: benefits removed from the current register.
Open a flagged benefit to inspect its actual country contracts and people. A gap is a prompt to check the record, not proof that your company lacks coverage. Low uptake is not by itself a recommendation to stop a benefit.

Follow up on a renewal

Check renewal dates in the benefit’s country coverage table. Confirm the date and provider details against your company’s agreement before changing the record or arranging a renewal. Updating a date in Redii does not renew the provider contract. Use Review and update your benefits to update the saved contract details.

Export the current view

  1. Return to Benefits and set the filters you need.
  2. Check the visible rows.
  3. Select Export to download benefits-register.xlsx.
  4. Open the file and check that the benefits and filters match your intended report.
The export follows the filtered current register. Export is unavailable in Archived. Clear filters first if you need the full current register. The spreadsheet includes benefit classification, provider, countries, renewal date, eligibility/enrollment counts, and uptake. Employer costs are not included. Missing values remain blank; do not interpret a blank as zero. Treat the file as company information and share it through your approved channels. If the export fails, follow the error and retry; contact support if the problem persists.
