Use owner or admin access in employer view with Flex Rewards active. For one recipient or an external email address, use Send a reward.

Select the recipients

  1. Open Flex Rewards → Send Reward and choose Team member.
  2. Search or filter by country, then select the intended people.
  3. Review the selected count and names. Members without a recorded country cannot be selected. A send supports up to 100 recipients.
  4. Select the Choose Reward or Choose Rewards button shown for the selected recipients.
  5. Choose a reward and check which countries it covers.

When one reward does not cover everyone

Read the coverage panel and choose the path that matches your intention:
  • Split: choose a reward for each remaining country and review one combined send.
  • Send to the … eligible only: continue with the covered recipients. The others remain selected for a later reward and are not part of that payment.
  • Cancel: return to rewards that cover all selected recipients.
Check names and country groups after making the choice. Do not assume every selected person is included in an eligible-only send.

Review and pay

For a split send, choose the reward and amount for each country, using Next reward and then Review summary. Review Review combined send and edit a country reward if needed. Check each reward’s denomination or amount, recipient count, local currency where shown, processing fees, and total USD charge. Add Message to recipients (optional) if needed. Select Make payment only after checking the count shown on the button, then complete the payment form and wait for the result. A combined payment does not mean every reward has been delivered.

Track the results

Open Order History and inspect the send’s individual orders and fulfillment statuses. Follow up on the specific failed or pending item. If the payment result is unclear, check the existing orders before sending again. Contact support with the bulk-send or order reference and the affected recipients when you need help. Share only the information needed to identify the orders.
